Service Description

All you have to do is relax and breathe deeply. Stretch Therapy is designed to ease your mind so your body will follow. Each stretch is held for a minimum of 30 seconds and your stretch therapist will ensure your comfort with expert guidance. Wear or pack comfortable clothes that will allow you to move freely during your stretch session and please drink plenty of water so your muscles and soft tissue are hydrated for maximum benefits (and bendiness). Please note that the below conditions prohibit you from getting this service: Spinal Compression Fracture Disc Herniation Chemotherapy Bruising throughout the body Currently or Potentially Pregnant Rib Fracture If any apply to you, it is suggested that you schedule your appointment when the above restrictions are no longer applicable.

Cancellation Policy
