Hi, my name is Jennette Gough. I began my Holistic journey in 2004, working at a wellness center in a Chiropractic office as a Chiropractic assistant under two Chiropractor doctors. As assistant I help to assist patients with modalities in therapy, such as electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, heat, ice, traction and developing x-rays. I was excited and a ware how these modalities help the body to began healing itself in time. In 2008 I began taking classes at the Baltimore School of Reflexology. In 2009 I was certified as a Reflexologist and I have been Fascinated and loving this Holistic journey since.
Healthy Living through the feet,
Take care of your feet and your feet will take care of you.

Shanaye’s holistic journey began when she was introduced to yoga in 2011 after experiencing some health issues. While taking yoga classes, Shanaye was exposed to practices such as Reiki and Thai Massage and immediately gravitated towards Reiki. In 2015, she took her first Reiki class and was certified. Over the last few years, she has continued her studies and will soon be a Reiki Master. Shanaye is also certified in Thai Yoga Massage, Ear Candling and Aqua Chi Foot Detox. Shanaye is also a ceritified Zumba instructor and loves teaching people of all ages to dance their way to fitness.
Shanaye enjoys using doTERRA essential oils and educating others about their benefits. She also enjoys making afrocentric jewelry, learning about crystals and how they can be beneficial, and spending time with family and friends, especially her two young sons.
Shanaye cannot wait to study and practice even more techniques to help people be the best that they can be... mind, body and soul.

Deneen Thompson started her journey 20 years ago to heal herself of fibroids and fibrocystic breast disease. Which quickly became the catalyst to transform her life. Yoni steaming, exercise, clean water, diet and meditation were the tools Deneen used to heal herself from fibroids. That newfound knowledge and experience has become a vehicle to support women in creating their own change that’s needed or is desired in their bodies, and in their lives.
Deneen is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Maryland and Virginia. As well as Nationally Certified in Prenatal and Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Deneen’s interest and love of massage began in 2000 while she was enlisted in the United States Air Force. It was during her time in the military that Deneen became in tune to body awareness and recognized massage therapy to be a necessity for injury prevention and recovery treatment, while also maintaining overall relaxation for the body, mind and spirit. Deneen's passion for bodywork began in Hawaii where she attended the Hawaii School of Massage. She graduated in 2004 as a Certified Massage Therapist. She later trained at the National Massage Therapy Institute in Falls Church, VA in 2012.
Deneen feels that both providing and receiving consistent massage therapy creates the opportunity for a more balanced life. Through understanding of the human anatomy and of each individual's needs, Deneen is dedicated to helping clients reach their ultimate health goals with education, encouragement and compassion. She appreciates the importance of nurturing ourselves to sustain a balanced well-being and feels blessed to be a part of the process. In addition to Holistic Womb Health and Massage, Deneen also enjoys staying active by dancing, weightlifting, yoga, swimming, and most of all mothering her son and two daughters.
