Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we're doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what's going on around us....
Join in as Meditation Guide "Nik Snow" leads us into the practice of Mindfulness Meditation where you'll learn just that!
We'll explore ways to become more present. The goal is to wake up our inner workings of our mental, emotional and physical processes by putting some space between ourselves and our reactions .
