A yoga practice inspired by the glory and strength of Black Women. Â As we are inspired by their HERstorical lives and contributions to humanity, we draw chakra wisdom that we can practically implement into our real lives.
April 6th-- Root Chakra-- Cicely Tyson

July 6th-- Heart Chakra-- Billie Holiday
