A yoga practice inspired by the glory and strength of Black Women. Â As we are inspired by their HERstorical lives and contributions to humanity, we draw chakra wisdom that we can practically implement into our real lives.
Includes:
*Opening Guided Meditation,
*Specially curated information about Chakra & Black Woman (energetic and historical connections, affirmations, quotes, etc.),
*Specific asana poses that correlate to the energy space,
*Sacred journal space and
*Closing guided meditation.
